Build emotional balance and resilience with this gentle Hatha yoga class.

Release tension, build strength, soothe your nervous system and bring a new perspective of compassion and mindfulness to your emotions. 

This class offers posture options and variations. Beginners welcome!

Choose from two versions of the class.

Some days we have more energy and time than others. Honour your body, mind, spirit and schedule by choosing the version that best fits your needs.

50-minute Gentle Yoga Practice

Enjoy a short Dharma talk, mindfulness and breathing exercises, and a carefully chosen sequence of floor and standing postures designed to reduce anxiety and build resilience.

20-minute Restorative Practice

When you're shorter on time and energy, try this sweet version of this class that skips straight from the floor postures to savasana. It's the ideal daily practice for recharging your batteries and recovering balance when you've been feeling low.

Founder and Director of HappyTree Yoga [Est. 2007], Melanie leads Hatha, Yin and Gentle Yoga Teacher Training programs.
